User Info: izza All enemies drop shrouds, but you generally only start to have realistic chances of getting them if you get 0 to 2 stars in battle basically, if the game thinks you're crap, it gives you shrouds so you can play better. At higher ratings you can still get them I got a deceptisol from a 5-starred adamantoise once , but the drop rate is extremely low.
