From laundry stuff to frozen veg! When I checked out the items that had been in stock were replaced with unsuitable ones. No communication from Sainsburys and was on hold for ages on their customer service line.

Gave up. So I couldn't get most if my weekly shop. By which time it will no longer work. Can't change time of slot. Can't check out. Been over 24 hours. Carer with no car. What's going on?!

Finally managed to get some sort of order through to Sainbury's after days of being met with 'unavailable' on all products. Really nervous about what will turn up today. I have been shopping for three households since the start of the pandemic so really don't want to have to drag myself round the store. Not impressed Sainsbury's. Communication is all. Appalling non-existent customer service not keeping their customers informed about such a serious problem.

Not willing to go to shop tomorrow. I have no idea what will turn up tomorrow. This is a joke! Only wanted to start my order for next week, went into my favourites and everything was unavailable!

Everything else is unavailable. Have they been hacked?! The on-line shopping site is not working. Their phone line goes unanswered. I'd expect an explanation on homepage as a minimum by now. Nothing on Twitter either. Still no word about the problems on the shopping website. How difficult would it be to update their loyal shoppers? We can get to the front end o. Looking at the Sainsbury's site only the sponsored items seem to be available nothing else?

Obviously if something has gone wrong, they will get it sorted ASAP or risk losing trade - but we need to know what is happening and if we need to try to book another order.

Not good enough Sainbury's! What's going on, been like this all day. At least put something on the website to explain. I have logged back in and some items do not show as unavailable at the choosing point but again won't let me log out.

Many many other regular items simply state unavailable so I cannot choose them. Is there an issue with your site? Ironically, I've had a text to say my order will be delivered tomorrow goodness knows what will be arriving. Went onto my PC and this stops at the ' Confirm changes page but doesn't show which product s are not available but won't let you click on the confirm changes button.

Have phoned customer service, got nowhere. Got a reply from complaints telling me to clear history, cache etc, try with different browser. Shame on Sainsburys for trying to blame customers computer settings instead of owning the problem and fixing their website. This problem has only started in the last couple of weeks. Am going to cancel my delivery pass and shop elsewhere. Stops at payment details. After 15 attempts and customer service getting me nowhere on Firefox or Safari and with my phone Sainsbury's site aying my email was invalid- the one Sainsbury's have been sending codes to!

No way of contacting someone for help. I get through my bank screens fine and then it just comes up with an error message. Not an issue with me - have tried several bank cards. NOT impressed.
